In a world in perpetual motion, marked by an acceleration of innovations and the appearance of more collaborative models, a learner, a future efficient and responsible worker, must have a solid knowledge of himself (observation / reflexivity). In addition, the latter will have to obtain a great capacity for adaptation, evolution (resilience), qualities of listening and empathy towards others, as well as a certain ability to communicate. This seminar aims to ease post-bac students into higher education by : • Prepare learners for their career at ECAM LaSalle Lyon • Become an actor in their studies • Learn to work in a team The following tools will be used: Retrospection DISC Blason
