General objectives
Electronic components: TOTAL 23h, Prof: Thierry BAILLS.
1-Be able to describe how main electronic components work in simple circuit systems
2-Be able to use the appropriate techniques to resolve circuits and understand the general operating mode of an electronic system using the main signals.

Introduction to key components semi-conductor based ; diodes, Bipolar and FET transistors, operational amplifiers, thyristors and IGBT ;
Basic circuit design for linear and non linear applications (rectifier, inductive load).
