Learning Outcomes
• To be able to effectively use a scientific problem-solving methodology
• From the bill of material and the manufacturing range, be able to calculate a cost price and have fully understood the structure (Material + Labor)
• Having understood and integrated the MRP2 system with its 3 levels, be able to calculate a load in order to define a workforce and make supplies of components and raw materials.

• PDCA, "What? who? where? when? How, Why? How much?" , PARETO, 5M, 5 Why & Action Plan.
• Industrial Planning courses 1, 2 & 3
• Technical Database (Bill Of Materials and Ranges)
• Hourly rate, costing
• The MRP2 system with its 3 levels: S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), determination of the MPS (Master Production Schedule), load calculations and introduction to MRP (Materials Requirements Planning). Link with capacity planning.
• Lean Management
• Notions around TPM: OEE, OOE, 6 major losses

To have a high level knowledge of the organization of the industrial company and to have a work placement in a company
