Learning outcomes
From a production specification, the student must be able to:<br>- Analyze the definition drawing of a part to be manufactured, carry out fixture, elaborate the process plan.<br>- To choose the process(es) for obtaining raw materials.<br><br>• To be able to effectively use a scientific problem-solving methodology<br>• From the bill of material and the manufacturing range, be able to calculate a cost price and have fully understood the structure (Material + Labor)<br>• Having understood and integrated the MRP2 system with its 3 levels, be able to calculate a load in order to define a workforce and make supplies of components and raw materials.
