Give students the following skills:

- Perform fair digital applications
- Develop calculations without error
- Understand the mathematical formalism
- Follow a scientific reasoning
Content
Six points are addressed:
- units,
- digital applications,
- derivatives,
- limited developments,
- Differential equations,
- Fresnel representation and complex numbers.

For each of these points, students work autonomously from course materials and worksheets for which corrections are given.
TThese work sessions are scheduled in the timetable. A teacher is present during these sessions to answer students' questions.

1Prior to starting the Basic Mathematics course, students will be have positioning test:
- determine if a formula is homogeneous,
- obtain a correct numerical result,
- use mathematical tools such as: limited developments, integrals, complex numbers.

Maximum duration: 2 hours
Form: Exercises with answers in one box and MCQ.
1Ability to check whether a formula or numerical result is correct.
Ability to understand and use mathematical tools.
2At the end of the Basic Mathematics course, students' abilities are evaluated on the following points:
- check the homogeneity of a formula,
- get a fair digital result,
- use mathematical tools: limited developments, integral, complex numbers.
