Objectifs Généraux
Understand the concept and strategic importance of value chain transformation in industrial systems. Diagnose the current performance of an industrial system using mapping and analytical tools (such as VSM and process mapping). Identify key performance gaps and prioritize improvement opportunities. Design a future state of the value chain aligned with strategic objectives. Propose and plan transformation initiatives through A3 problem-solving, SWOT analysis, and gain/effort matrices. Justify transformation proposals with evidence-based reasoning and structured project planning.
