What does it mean to be an engineer in a low-carbon world? Case study in the company O’cline: field perspective – “failure” Launching all the company’s transformations at every hierarchical level. Key elements: lean tools; PDCA; tools for measuring climate performance. Group work based on choosing a sub-problem. Proposal of improvements. Case study in the company O’cline with the proposed improvements applied. |
