Learning outcomes
This course is a certified training delivered by Association Bilan Carone, a French association providing a methodology elaborated by ADEME to get a CARBON BALANCE of an organization, i.e. take into account its levels of Greenhouse gases emissions regarding different scopes (3 levels) of activities. This is a French standard for companies.
The physical course will be delivered in English, but the supports (including e-learning supports) are written in French. For this reason, the following description is in French (available at: https://www.if-carbone.com/) and this course will be optional.

- As a future engineer, to know and integrate the concept of CSR, corporate social responsibility, as a contribution to the objectives of sustainable development. A concept that refers to the voluntary integration by the company of social, societal, environmental and governance concerns into its strategy, management and relations with its stakeholders. Engineers are increasingly confronted with these challenges, which are perfectly in line with Lean: producing more with less, managing and controlling energy, integrating health and safety at work logics, etc.
- Experience the CSR as a real performance lever for the company, a means of improving its economic, financial and social efficiency, its competitiveness and its long-term profits. It is a lever for preserving the value of its assets and controlling its risks, and therefore ultimately a factor of sustainability. The engineer of tomorrow will be the first to be concerned by this theme.

ECAM engineers are process pilots, and some of them in industries in full evolution (aeronautics, automotive...).
This course aims to deepen the Quality standards and the Quality & Continuous Improvement Management in an application context by focusing on customer / supplier relations.
