Employability 4 continues to prepare students to enter the professional world. In this module, students will focus on prospection and networking. The course aims to have students:<br>- identify companies in link with hedgehog<br>- understand professional networking & rules<br>- understand different recruitment methodologies<br>- develop skills to answer tricky questions & handle objections<br><br><br>Assessment <br>Marketing plan for networking<br>Assessment during play role<br>Pitch + Debrief of a sample of selected student in order to use it for networking & job search after (to liaise with communication teacher for the pitch) <br><br>The teaching unit 'International Openness' in semester 5 incorporates the following modules:<br>Cultural Awareness 1<br>Advanced English Skills 5 (IELTS preparation)<br>French as a Foreign Language (different level groups)<br>Optional Foreign Language (different languages and level groups)<br><br>This teaching unit incorporates the module entitled 'Psychology 1' in which the focus is on the psychology of the indivudual. Its aim is to:<br>- enable students to discover what psychology is and help them develop intercultural skills.<br>- give students the opportunity to develop reflexivity, to think about themselves, about their own culture, and to open up to other cultures.<br>- equip students with keys and tools to be prepared to be engineers in an<br>international and intercultural context. <br><br>Seminar 5, entitled 'Climbing Up Mountains, Kayaking Down Rivers' aims to encourage third year students to take stock of their journey so far and broaden their horizons for the future.<br>This seminar takes place over one day.<br><br>The teaching unit 'Understanding our Surroundings' in semester 5 incorporates the module 'Communication 5' which has a focus on Ethics and Innovation, taught with the theory and practice of debates |
