General objectives
"Integrating integrate the main tools of Lean Manufacturing (5S, Lab WorkM, 8DO, QRQC, etc ...)
• Carrying out a Value Score Mapping (VSM) and to quickly propose tracks of progress in terms of cycle time, Lead time and Takt time.
• Participating in a FMEA with high added value.
• Implementing Lab WorkM in a PMI
• Integrating the 7 principles of Quality Management, and implementing a process of continuous improvement and treatment of internal and external non-conformities.
• Knowing the key indicators of overall performance in the various functions of the company

"• Application of an ECAM workstation analysis methodology & workstation robotization elements.
• Failure Modes and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) method applied to design & maintenance
• Total Productive Maintenance (Lab WorkM) method
• 7 principles of Quality Management. The ISO9001 standard and the “8DO” and QRQC (Quick Respond Quality Control) methods applied to a concrete case.
• Global vision of the industrial company in order to implement and monitor overall performance in teams via Key Indicators (KPI).
