General objectives |

The teaching objective is twofold: by looking for his/her 1st job (from defining his/her project to the preparation for the job interview), the student will be required to understand the issues of hiring and will be able, as a future manager, to recruit his new colleagues. At the end of this training, he/she will be able to: *Define his/her short term career objectives: 1st job. *Update and market his/her CV and cover letter in order to be consistent with his/her targeted & desired position. *Understand the issues and use the full range of adequate prospecting methods. *Understand recruiting methods in order to better prepare himself/herself. |
