Objectifs Généraux
Diagnose the performance of an industrial system using mapping tools Establish links between performance and areas for improvement according to Lean guidelines Design a future state of the industrial system using the guiding principles of Lean Thinking Propose transformation projects through the A3 Project in connection with the performance indicators to be improved Plan the different sub-projects by the variation of A3 and justify these proposals using a SWOT and gains / efforts matrices
