Objectifs Généraux
"Integrating integrate the main tools of Lean Manufacturing (5S, TPM, 8DO, QRQC, etc ...) • Carrying out a Value Score Mapping (VSM) and to quickly propose tracks of progress in terms of cycle time, Lead time and Takt time. • Participating in a FMEA with high added value. • Implementing TPM in a PMI • Integrating the 7 principles of Quality Management, and implementing a process of continuous improvement and treatment of internal and external non-conformities. • Knowing the key indicators of overall performance in the various functions of the company "

The ISO9001 standard and the “8DO” and QRQC (Quick Respond Quality Control) methods applied to a concrete case. • Global vision of the industrial company in order to implement and monitor overall performance in teams via Key Indicators (KPI).
