General objectives
This course aims to develop students' documentary research skills and academic writing so that they are able to conduct a proper literature review of a scientific subject. Students must learn to :
Identify and use major academic documents sources.
Navigate into specialized tools and databases (Google Scholar etc.).
Build an effective research strategy (choosing keywords, using Boolean operators, refining results).
Evaluate the relevance and reliability of collected academic documents.
Apply proper citation principles and avoid plagiarism.
Redact a literature review following academic codification.
