General objectives
• Implement new technologies in a factory 4.0
• Manage efficicent meeting with technologies
• Monitor production line data with IoT
• Handle and recognise the components of a robot and recognise and analyse the related risks
• Explain the functioning of a robot and handle it
• Implement knowledge and simulate a factory (school factory)
• Implement an IoT (Internet of Things) tool on a production line
• Determine the issues and methods of robotization
Content
• Strategies & Effective Meeting Falication using IoT, DMAIC, 5S, UX, HMI
• Analyse the product/process impacts and propose improvements
• Organisation and management of a production through a challenge in the "School Factory" platform
• Discovery and Robotization Project:
- To be able to manipulate robots virtually and physically
- Initiation to a method of implementation of robotic equipment
- To determine the cost effectiveness of robotization on workstation
- Difference robot/cobot (strategic, productivity, safety ...)
- Risk analysis
- Robotisation criteria
