"Understanding of the psychic functioning of the individual to allow a better knowledge of oneself. This knowledge will ultimately facilitate the deployment of managerial responsibilities. Understanding of the different stages of development from child to adult (Freud's topical 1 and 2), of the construction of the personality (the different structures such as neuroses, psychoses, borderline states). Understanding of the psychic functioning of a group, its phases of development and its defense mechanisms."
