1Deliverable 1
Carry out the Management Plan for your Project
Deliverable 2
Carry out MRP planning for your company and design your inventory management policy
Deliverable 3
Carry out production ranges and load calculations
Deliverable 4
1. From the workstation provided, set up an ergonomic workstation (Cf Ergo Standard)
2. Make a presentation of this workstation (CAD, photos + text, video ... at your convenience) attention for years 2 and 3.
3. Finalize the ranges and refine the times via stopwatches. Choice of method, number of lap times (see course)
4. Update the A2 and A3 load calculations if necessary
5. Design the year 3 layout of the workshop on the basis of 100m2 which correspond to the area in which you are installed. Carry out CAD, use FlexSim, ... at your convenience
6. Carry out the AMDEC Process of an operation such as, for example, the assembly of the enclosure
Deliverable 5:
As part of a 3-year strategy, you want to implement Lean Manufacturing in your business. Present your Road Map, where to start?
How to appropriate Lean, how to measure its impact on overall performance? ...). You can use the lesson plan or use the metaphor of building the “Lean temple” for this.
Deliverable 6:
Carry out the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) of your organization by integrating the total cycle time, the Lead Time and the Takt Time in relation to the chosen opening time.
To do this, use the structure and symbols of the example presented in order to clearly show the MRP operation in pushed flows and the KANBAN operation in pull flows.
Comment well on your VSM to make it easier to understand and justify your choices by eliminating the Muda.
Deliverable 7:
Carry out the robotization study of the workstation of your choice using the methodology of the "Platform Project" course.
In order not to embark on an overly complex study, I strongly advise you to choose between the operation of "round boxing" of the speaker after engraving and the operation of "engraving the speaker on the microphone. milling machine ”currently at the FabLab.
You will have to carry out the 3 parts: the pre-diagnosis, the diagnosis (phases 5 and 6 mainly) and the CDC for the integrator.
