Understand The Manager's mission and position with regards to the company's economic strategy. This will be done by paying particular attention to human and social policies within the company.

Acquire managerial responsibilities and be capable of:
*Understanding the organization of French social law
*Understanding the HRD's decisions underlying the overall human resource policies within the company
*Estimating the actions to be carried out for disciplinary proceedings
* Respecting hiring policy laws, prohibiting discrimination, emotional abuse and sexual harassment
*Understanding the operation of IRPs: The Hygiene and Security committee, DP, DS, CE and the implications for service managers
*Knowing the terms and conditions of employment contracts
*Identifying the key success factors for a good recruitment
* Knowing the effects of implementing an employment protection plan
